If you are an existing customer, you have the following options:

  1. Register to log on to product support
    – Click to apply for an on-line account
  2. Log in to product support
    – Click to log in using your existing username and password
    This will allow you access your product codes and send priority messages
  3. Apply for a new password
    – Click to apply for a new or lost password
  4. Contact one of our Support personnel
    -Mail, telephone or use the standard on-line form to contact a support administrator
    (Note for priority messages you must log in to your account.)
  5. Get Remote Assistance
    -Allow our technician access to your computer screen to assist you.
