Yearly contract support
This is a contract agreement between Tiernan Software and existing customers to provide telephone and on-site support on an on going basis to ensure the smooth running of day to day software usage. Our technical support extends to all software developed or supplied by Tiernan Software.
Pay per incident support
This is a service provided by Tiernan Software to customers who may already be bound to other contract agreements or simply require our service on a once off basis.
Third party software support
Third party support is given to customers who may not be in a position to obtain support from original suppliers. This may be due to having difficulty contacting the third party vendor,unsatisfactory support from a vendor or to enable a business to receive full system support from Tiernan software.
Hardware support
Hardware support may be provided directly by Tiernan Software or by a recommended third party.
